When you complete the Have Your Say community survey on this website, we may collect your name, email address and postcode if you choose to provide them. These fields are optional - the survey can be completed anonymously.
When you contact us by email at info@annatyglen.com we will receive your email address and any personal information you include in your message.
We do not collect any other personal data and we do not use tracking cookies beyond those required for the website to function.

Survey responses and contact enquiries are kept for no longer than two years from the date of submission, or until the Annaty Glen planning and development process is complete, whichever is sooner. After this point all personal data is securely deleted.
