Annaty Glen is a proposed co-community development on Balgarvie Farm on the eastern edge of Scone. It offers something genuinely different to conventional housing developments. Putting the community first we will be offering mid-market rental homes for Scone's elderly residents and veterans, surrounded by nature, connected to family, and funded without public debt or government subsidy.

Our Ambition
“As a legacy project for the community of Scone, we will strive to deliver community facilities and living space for older residents - offering them a more sustainable and secure future against the rising costs of care and support.
For younger generations, we believe Annaty Glen will be a great place to live and call home, without detracting from the quality of life of existing residents - who will also enjoy the outdoor facilities we are planning.
For the Council and the wider Perthshire community, Annaty Glen will generate substantial savings and real revenues to support those most in need.
